Frank P. Licato founded the Insurance Agency on November 2, 1957 in Maplewood, NJ. The agency was a part-time venture until 1960 when it merged with the Ham Agency in Summit, NJ.
This relationship was severed July 31, 1962. On August 13, 1962, the agency moved to Holmdel, NJ and moved in 1963 to South Plainfield, NJ. In 1980,
Frank's son Jeff Licato joined the agency. Over the next several years, other insurance agencies had merged into the Frank P. Licato Agency.
The main focus of the Frank P. Licato Insurance Agency is SERVICE...quality service!! We believe that service must be instantaneous.
If it's not available when needed, it's of no value. If not performed well, it cannot be returned.
Therefore, when a customer or potential customer comes in or calls on the phone, they will be helped by ALL employees of the Agency unless they ask for a specific person. Phone calls will be answered courteously at all times and handled personally by an employee who is not with a client.
